In last September, Apple revealed that its new service, Apple Pay Later, and it will be available in 2023 in the iOS 16.3 update.
Apple Pay Later will be part of Apple Pay and will allow you to purchase something online and pay it off over the course of six weeks in four equal payments without any interest or fees. When Apple releases it, it will be available in the Wallet app on your iPhone.
Web Push Notifications
The iPhone users will be able to receive notifications from Safari, even it is not running, and in order not to show a lot of pop-ups. First, websites must get permission before sending notifications as sent by applications.
Security Keys for Apple ID
The purpose of Apple ID Security Keys is to make two-factor authentication stronger than before. A third-party security key will be available to user accounts that will be needed to authenticate when logging in to a new device or accessing Apple ID in some other way.
The security key is designed to replace verification codes, which is sent to Apple devices when logging in to another device and is the standard method of authentication used by the company and through physical security keys, users will get strong protection against phishing and unauthorized access to their accounts on iCloud.

Apple Card Savings Account
Apple Card Savings will be launched this year (for American users only). The lucrative account will allow users to save their Daily Cash, among other benefits, and grow their rewards in a “high-yield” Savings account from Goldman Sachs. Apple says that the Savings account does not have any hidden fees, minimum deposits, or minimum balance requirements.
iOS 16.3 update is available for developers, and according to Mark Gurman from Bloomberg, this update is expected to be released to users either in February or March.
